What Causes Intermittent Abdominal Pain?

I have had a on and off pain in lower right abdomen for about two weeks now and it is made worse by coughing or sneezing and recently any flexing of the stomach to sit up last Wednesday the pain subsided for the most part but heavy drinking Friday night caused Saturday morning to be the most painful day yet and the pain has not subsided yet I still have my appetite no fever and do not feel sick at all also the pain started in a pinpoint area and seems to be growing over a larger area every couple of days and started a day or two after returning to the gym for the first time in about a month what could it be?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the lower right abdomen pain may have many reasons but most common would be appendicitis, and renal stone, besides these other causes are there and that is all needs clinical examination, but it can be managed with "Tab Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen" three times in day, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
