What Causes Intermittent Back And Nocturnal Pain In Spite Of Using Tylenol?

Good day! I have been having mid-lower back pain the past week. I have used chiro and active release therapy for treatment. It has improved, especially during the day, however, it seems I have nocturnal pain thru the night. Although a bit better, can t get thru the night without Robaxcet or Tylenol or using ice off/on. I have an X-ray on Monday. I m concerned could this be something more serious like spinal Timor?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it could be some muscular pain and it can be fibromyalgia too it is not the spinal disease and not even the tumor I would advise to try "Tab Chlorzoxazone" three times in day hope this information helps.
I find this answer helpful
