What Causes Intermittent Back Pain?

I am having pain in my back, upper right side, just under my breast but again, in my back, not front. When if first started today, it seemed to be on both sides of my back but now it is primarily just on my right side. It comes and goes on it s own. Pain lasts for about 4 seconds then stops but comes again

It is a very vague discription of the pain.
Please follow up wid time, radiation, aggravating and relieving factors.
Also if u have any gastro intestinal disturbances.
Monitor urself for digestive problems.
