Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I took my glasses off because my vision was blurred. I could see perfect without my glasses both far and near. A while later my vision returned to normal and with my glasses on I could see. (I have been wearing a compression sock). My vision has been fluctuating back and forth for two days.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have intermittent blurred vision. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like abrasions to the cornea , cataracts , infectious retinitis , migraine headaches , optic neuritis , retinopathy such as diabetic retinopathy and stroke . I would suggest you to wash your eyes with cold water twice a day , wear glasses to protect them for dust and eat healthy diet . Do not stain your eyes too much and take ibuprofen for pain .I would suggest you to to go for your appointment to your doctor . Doctor may order CT scan , check for intraocular pressure , ophthalmoscopy , refraction and blood testing to determine if bacteria is in the blood and treat accordingly like prescribing antibiotics and anti inflammatory . Doctor may also refer you to ENT specialist for sinusitis like problem or cardiologist for stroke like condition .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
