What Causes Intermittent Bubbling On Veins Of Left Leg?

I feel bubbling on the veins of my left leg. I'm an otherwise healthy 30 year old male. I smoke, don't drink, work physically (construction) but don't excersise at all, not overweight, healthy diet, low stressful lifestyle. Should I panic and head to the ER. I doesn't happen every day but occurs often. Thank you

There is no bubbling of veins. It is actually contractions of the underlying muscles (twitchings ) due to irritation of the nerves.Take healthy diet.Avoid physical and mental stress.
