What Causes Intermittent Bumps Under Armpit And Top Of Vagina?

I have a big bumps that comes and goes, it s hard and hurt when I press it.. It s under my armpit and most of the time I get it on top of my vagina. It goes and comes back after 2 or three weeks and comes back again, I have been like this for years now.

Hello madam,Thank you for asking question.The bumps you are saying is exactly the same as acne which you get on face. The sebaceous gland secretion leads to these swellings.Hormonal influence may also lead to increase secretion.Every time after few days of appearance secretion get resorbed n swelling disappears.If there is any block there could be infection which will be very painful with red appearance.you try to keep those areas clean and dry. If it is infected kindly go to physician/ gyneacologist .If secretion is there it should be cleaned and antibiotic course for 5 days should be started.Any further doubt you are always welcome to ask.Bye, good health
