What Causes Intermittent Burning Sensation In The Penis And Scrotum After Unprotected Sex?

Un protected sex. When and got tested a couple days later after burning sensation at the tip and around the scrotum. All STD panel test came back negative. Still having burning sensation off and on. No white filled blisters or sores but scared to death it may be herpes. I did notice dark purple bumps, several. Both herpes cultural and antibodies test came back negative. Anything I can do. The burning comes and goes....

$ Keep genitals clean with antiseptic liquids and dry .
$ Local application of Miconazole ( 1 % ) cream 3 times a day .
$ Systemic antibiotics like Azithromycin or other cephalosprorin group
require prescriptions .
$ Maintain hydration with plenty of liquids .
$ Wear loose , clean , cotton clothes .
$ Do not get panic , avoid sexual intercourse till full recovery .
