Hi so i have been having a stitch pain under my heart for a really long time now...it usually goes away if i stay still for a few minutes. About ten minutes ago i was lying on my side on a bed and tried getting up it came on so bad i started worrying if i should g to the ER. It disappeared a shortly after. i have never felt it like that before. I had to try breathing normal fpor a sec.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, more or less it is the muscular pain but for safety EKG is advisable you can see the ER but it is not the emergency hope this information helps.
