General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The cramps involving lower abdomen indicates issue related to hyper flowing of menstrual bleeding. The fullness and cramps below breast do indicate possible gastric upset through stress induced changes in the hormones. After complete course of medications for a period of 15 days or so, if the pain is persistent, one may require an ultrasound examination of the abdomen and pelvis for the final diagnosis and cure accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
