Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hello, I have had intermittent, deep left groin pain which worsens at night. At night the pain goes down the middle of my thigh as well. Any ideas what it could be? I work out regularly but it seems to have worsened since I took a Zumba class the other night. Thanks for your help!
It could be a pulled muscle or ligament tear. As of now you can use analgesics/anti-inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopedic and plan for an MRI scan.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
