General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Noted your history of a rash and itching all over body for which you take Hydroxyzine, Cetirizine, or Desloratidine; have enlarged liver but normal SGOT and SGPT, Cholecystectomy done 6 years back for gallstone.
Since there is enlargement of liver on Ultrasonography I would advise you the following:
Consult a Gastroenterologist and get the full liver function tests along with other needed investigations to see if there is any relevant disease and get it treated appropriately.
Also consult a Dermatologist to see for the cause like allergy or so, get proper blood investigations, skin tests and so on to know the exact cause so that a specific treatment can be done and a possible cure be achieved.
Also have a keen observation about factors, atmosphere, clothing, foods and beverages that instigate or enhance the problems and get treated accordingly by avoiding all such things. Prevention is better than cure.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
