What Causes Intermittent Dizziness With Twitching Eyes And Trouble In Concentrating?

I have been having intermittent dizziness for 8 days. I find that when I it comes on, my eyes start to twitch and I have trouble concentrating almost to the point of confusion. I am a generally healthy person with no history of motion sickness issues. My doctor does not know what to make of it and I have an MRI next week. It seems to be particularly bad when I move my head and it helps to just look around with my eyes as I drive. Any ideas?

twitching is blepharo spasm,is ticks. motion sickness may be cause. eye test refraction may be done. you can go ahead with MRI to me there is element of anxiety. it needs to be controlled.
