Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Intermittent Dizzy Spells And Pale Face?
I am having on and off dizzy spells today. So after i put my baby to sleep i went for a nap aswell. I woke up and saw myself in the mirror. I was really pale white. The sleep was only 30 mins. Still have dizzy spells and my brain isnt working well. Cant think clearly.
If the symptoms are happening for only one day very likely a self-limiting condition is happening, this may be fatigue (having a small baby may affect you), less sleep, or a viral condition.
You will need to try to take some rest and try to eat and drink well. If you don't see an improvement in a couple of days or if you notice any worsening you will need to see your doctor.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr. Antoneta Zotaj, General & Family Physician
