Hello dear user! I have gone through your query and understood your concerns! Thank you for sharing them on healthcaremagic. To have a clear view of this situation I would recommend you to see a doctor at your healthcare center. A careful objective examination of your perianal area must be done. In your case, drainage from your anal area may be due to a possible anal fistula, a channel that opens near anus, in the skin and drains the rectum content out. Rectovaginal fistulas are rarer but possible too, and in these cases the fluid drains from rectum, to genital organs. I hope this answer was helpful to you! Please kindly rate it as helpful and write a short review about your experience with me! I would appreciate that a lot. Thank you and best regards! DR ERIOL.
