General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

In absence of ear, eye or sinus problem. I would suggest cervical spondylitis as a cause. CT or MRI scan would clear the picture. This can be followed by needful treatment to manage the vertigo.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
