Hi, My name is John and I was wondering what could be the cause of my wife having vertigo? she has been getting it off and on now for a few months, it will last sometimes up to 4 or 5 days, My wife doesn t get headaches or earaches and her allergies are not too bad. In absence of ear, eye or sinus problem. I would suggest cervical spondylitis as a cause. CT or MRI scan would clear the picture. This can be followed by needful treatment to manage the vertigo.
