What Causes Intermittent Fever Along With Diarrhea And Vomiting In Children?

My 3 year old son has had a low grade fever off and on for 3 days now. Hes not eating well and hes sleeping more than usual and overall is just not himself. Hes not vomiting and has no diarrhea. Normally he has a big appetite and hardly ever takes naps during the day and now hes going to sleep early because he can't stay awake. He has said off and on that his belly hurts but isnt throwing up. What could be causing all this?

I really appreciate your concern, most of the time a cause of fever in this age group could be viral fever let the run the course of fever and then it will be fine be patience it may takes still couple of days mean while take care for hydration and high grade fever, if condition not improved then it may brought to investigations, hope this information may helps you, take care and have a nice day.
