What Causes Intermittent Fever Along With Sinus And Bronchial Infection?

Hi, I've had an ongoing viral upper respiratory infection since 12/24/2014 that turned into bronchitis. I saw my physician on 12/31, I was running a 100.2 fever (after taking Tylenol) but my lungs were supposedly clear. My physician basically said to suck-it up let it run it's course. Well I'm still sick, running fever off and on with sinus and bronchial congestion. I'm worried I have some type of pneumonia. Should I revisit my physicians office for another check-up?
