What Causes Intermittent Headaches, Fever And Stomach Ache?

Hello. My daughter is 15 and since August 2014 she has ran a fever off and on. Lost about 25 lbs. still has a great appetite. Doesn t have a lot of energy, it comes and goes in bursts. She also has complained of headaches, body soreness, stomach ache and her face has broke out. Not sure what is going on
