What Causes Intermittent Headaches Post Injecting Flu Shot?

I may or may not have the flu, I got my flu shot about 6 days ago. I only got about 5 hours of sleep last night so maybe my body wasn t healthy enough to fight whatever was left in the system. I have an on and off bad headache and thrown up a little bit (inside my mouth). Took a nap and felt better but now I fell sick again.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have intermittent headaches post injecting flu shot . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like cluster headache , migraine , tension headache , dehydration and blood pressure . But in your case the headache is due to side effect of flue short . Usually the headache due to flue shot persist for 1-2 days , which is quiet normal , but in your case it has been occurring for last 6 days which is not normal . I would suggest you to consult your doctor and discuss the condition . Doctor may prescribe analgesic or may refer you to neurologist for other reasons and treatment .
