What Causes Intermittent Pain And Bloating Of Stomach?

Intermittent pain in lower center and lower right side of stomach. Slight bloat but yes for diarrhea after eating within 30 minutes of eating. It s been 2 weeks now. In beginning, severe pain first day then slowed down a lot to after I eat. I feel best after I wake up and stomach is empty

It is indigestion. If I was your treating physician I would like to prescribe you Rifaximin 200mg twice daily for 5 days if not allergic to. You need a prescription for the same.
Plus add Omeprazole40mg twice daily before meals. Keep a good physical activity too.
