What Causes Intermittent Pain In Abdomen Near Rib Cage And Back?

I m having on and off pain in my abdomen near my lower rib cage and it goes to the middle back as well. My blood work is all excellent and an ultrasound came back good as well. I m a long distance trail runner and I m wondering if I m having muscle spasm in my back.

I really appreciate your concern, muscular spasm could be the reason of such lower rib cage pain and this must be happening due to poor posture so try to maintain good posture, and for the pain I would suggest "Tab Chlorzoxazone with Diclofenac" once in day hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
