I am 47 and not over weight and generally healthy but over the last week I been having periodic pain in my chest, which radiates to my back, this is sometime accompanied by burning feeling under my left shoulder or numbness in my jaw or dull ache in down my right arm, the pain is not crushing more sharp and than fades. what could it be
