Welcome at HCMA
I appreciate your health concerns...
Is there any history of diabetes or hypertension? Any family history of heart disease? Is he smoker? Have you checked his cholestrol levels?what about His blood pressure?
Chest pain should not be taken lightly and should always be assessed properly. Carduac cause shoyld always be excluded first . If I am your attending physician I will get your fbc ESR ECG chest x ray. After then I will be able to proceed further. Some times there is need to get the exercise tolerance test.
Meanwhile stay calm and follow your doctor advice.
Hope it helps
