Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Dear sir, My husband is 37 rs old. He has very mild chest pain for past five days. pain varies in different position in chest, it stays for 10 to 15 minutes only. Then pain goes and comes after sometimes. He undergone all cardiac test. Doctors said slight variations in ECG & TMT. Is there any major problem is there?
Welcome at HCMA I appreciate your health concerns... Is there any history of diabetes or hypertension? Any family history of heart disease? Is he smoker? Have you checked his cholestrol levels?what about His blood pressure? Chest pain should not be taken lightly and should always be assessed properly. Carduac cause shoyld always be excluded first . If I am your attending physician I will get your fbc ESR ECG chest x ray. After then I will be able to proceed further. Some times there is need to get the exercise tolerance test. Meanwhile stay calm and follow your doctor advice. Hope it helps Regards
