General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Looking to the history it seems that there might be having some infection in root of tooth and might be having developing alveolar abscess producing pain on too and radiating pain on jaw line or might be having enlarged tender sub mandibular lymph glands.
Consult dentist and get examined.
Ok and take care.
