What Causes Intermittent Pain In Left Rib And Cough While Bending?

I have pain left rib comes an goes when I bend over or cough it gets worse it swells up and sometimes it feels like some things moving around it pushes my left rib out its an unbearable pain I can t breath or move I push on it for it to let up pain what could it be ??

Hello,

It might be a muscle pain in a viral condition. Thus, if you have runny nose muscles pain light fever this is mostly the cause. Yet, if you have cough with phlegm and fever, it is better to do a chest X-ray to exclude pneumonia. Please discuss with your doctor for this.
