What Causes Intermittent Pain In Lower Back And Upper Legs?

When I get tired I have kind of a short circut between my lower back and upper legs. Not really pain but I cant sit still. The only way to releave it is to go to bed or lay down. This started years ago but has gradually gotten worse till not it is almost every night

It could be due to nerve compression because of disc prolapse. Go for MRI of lumbar spine and consult a neurologist.
