What Causes Intermittent Pain In Lower Back?

hi doctor hru? i have chronic low back pain for 6 years,6 years before my doctor told me iam suffering from muscular spasm, he prescribed me muscle relaxant.since then iam suffering from low back pain on and off.for the past 2 months my pain became so severe that i cant stand for long time,cant do brisk walking.my MRI report says loss of lumbar lordosis due muscular spasm,there is straighting of spine,other things are normal.my vit d is just 10 and b12 is just 86. please tell me some excercises and also plz tell me can i get my normal posture again after excercise and in about how much duration it will take.? thanks

Dear patient you are having back pain due to muscle spasm. Your mri shows nothing else which is good thing. Muscle spasm is treatable.
Kindly assume proper posture while on work and practice ergonomics. You should visit physiotherapists and start back strengthening and back extension excersise plus abdominal strengthening excersise. Practising yoga will be a good alternative. Take proper diet and improve your physique. It will take about 3 to 4 weeks to get normal posture.
