What Causes Intermittent Pain In Lower Torso?

I have pain in my right side of lower torso. Started on Saturday afternoon, sharp pain on right side under my fat stomach, seemed to be where the hip and torso connected. Caught me when I would move or stand up. The pain has since moved up the right side and seems to be below ribs but is still catching me and causing me some pain when I move and seems to be catching me when even when I am sitting and not moving around. Pain comes and goes. Also when on toilet, I look down at my stomach and the right side seems to be a bigger size than the left ones

You have not mentioned your age and gender.
As per the symptoms described by you it could be the minor colic of intestine, pain of gall bladder stone or right sided renal or ureteric stone. It could be pain of appendicitis also.
You need a USG abdomen along with other routine tests to find out the underlying pathology.
So please go to your surgeon.....thank you.
