What Causes Intermittent Pain In Pelvis?

i have been having a dull aching in my pelvis area for about 3 years now on and off. It mainly happens in the morning time begfore getting out of bed or around 7-10 days before menstral cycle.. I also feel tired alot and body feels warm to the touch.. Cannnot afford to see a doctor at the moment. Is there any way you can giive me any information on what may be going on?

Understand your concern.
Following are the reasons for your pain.
1. Pre menstrual symptoms
2. Hormonal imbalance
3. Pelvic inflammatory disease
4. Endometriosis
5. PCOS
6. Vaginal infection.

Following treatment currently will help you.
1. Tablet meftal spas orally two times a day for cramps
2. Tablet cefixime 500 mg three times a day for 3 days
Tablet paracetamol 500 mg whenever you feel like fever
3.Apply heating pad over abdomen
4. Warm bath help in relieving pain.
5. Maintain hygiene
6. Drink plenty of water.

If not resolved
consult gynecologist:
Do following test
1. Blood CBC
2. Hormonal profile
3. Pelvic USG
4. Ovarian follicle study
5. Endometrium study
