What Causes Intermittent Pain In Right-sided Lower Abdomen?

Hi. I have been experiencing pain which started in lower right side abdominal area. Would come & go but now is there constantly.
The pain has also now moved to the groin area & been there for 3 days.
Had ultrasound to check for kidney stone or appendicitis. All clear.
Now going to check for hernia although dr thinks its muscular as he could not detect any physical signs of a hernia.
Im so worried the pain is a lot worse after dr pushing yesterday to check.
Could it be inflammation or possibly prostatitis.
Im not taking any painkillers yet.
Up until a few days ago the psin moved around a bit from abdomen to the side.
Any advise.
Thankyou
