What Causes Intermittent Pain In The Chest?

I have pain that comes and goes between my lower chest and upper abdomen, am sweating and was having a hard time breathing somewhat. Took aspirin and and a Xanax and it seams to be subsiding. I have had multiple anxiety attacks over 10 years but this feels different. I had a cortisone shot in my foot at 9am this morning. Breathing better now but still somewhat tight in the chest with slight cramp.
