What Causes Intermittent Pain On Left Side Of Mid Back?

Hello, I have a burning pain, nightly, intermittent, left side, mid-back. When I roll over it is acute, burning pain, non-radiating. I get relief from rolling over on my right side and/or occasionally flat on my back. I do have L4/L5 spinal stenosis. I thought it could be nerve pain, although it is local, same spot and does not radiate. Thoughts?

GREETINGS! Answer: burning, mid back, intermittent all suggestive of gastritis!! Few antaacids with regular and healthy eating should do the trick! A 10 mins walk before sleep with a glass of milk before hitting to bed would be effective!
