What Causes Intermittent Pricking Sensation Across Back And Scapula?

Hi, I am experiencing intermittent pricking (almost sting like) sensations across my trunk ( back) in an area a couple of inches wide below scapula area, over the last couple of days. It is not one sided. Wondering if it s early signs of shingles. At this point there is no rash. I had chickenpox as a child. Thankyou
