History ,I had a AVR in April 2015.I see cardiologist again in April. My checkups have been ok,he did increase my compressor. 25mg at night and 12.5 in am because my rate was over 120.It is regular though. My problem is in evening I sometimes feel my heart beating in right ear.It can last over an hour.Annoys me.Is it something to worry about?
It seems like your blood pressure fluctuations or heart rythm abnormalities aee being felt the way you have explained. Feeling it in only one year can be due to some blood vessel anomaly or inner or middle ear which is directly associated with the balance and keeping pressures equal inside and outside. You need to see an ENT specialist for the detailed ear examination and if no apparent abnormality is found then redo cardiac work up in detail and readjust the medications for controlling heart rate and blood pressure.
Hoping you a speedy recovery. Regards.
