What Causes Intermittent Rise In Body Temperature, dizziness And Nausea?

hello, my name is Matt. I have some question as to infrequent or semi-periodic symptoms that I experience. it comes mostly in the form of a sudden attack , and with a sharp, quick rise in body temperature, sweating, dizziness, weakness, and some nausea...then as it recedes I get cold again very quickly and still feel considerably weak for some moments afterward. At times these episodes can be strong enough that I have to lay down, wherever I happen to be , and seem to lose all strength in my body. This only happens every once in a great while, but I always wonder what is happening. Is this common symptoms of blood sugar problems, or something else? Thanks for your help.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms most probably due to some functional disturbances and stress, anxiety, may be the cause, in my opinion to clear the doubt of some pathology symptoms can be investigated with some routine tests, of blood, urine, and imaging studies, Hope this information helps, take care.
