What Causes Intermittent Sharp Nagging Pain In The Abdomen?

I am experiencing sharp but nagging pain on my right side near or in my stomach off and on. I am having a feeling bloating some constipation. The pain stops when I take a pain pill but it comes back. This has going on since late December or early January.

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, apart from the dyspepsia and hyperacidity condition may be investigated for biliary disease and for that you have to go for ultrasonography test till then you can try Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 30 mg once in day hope this information concerns.
