What Causes Intermittent Sharp Pain In Inner Thigh While Treating Mild Varicose Vein?

I have intermittent sharp, brief pains in my inner thigh near the knee. There is a moderate varicose vein in that place. It is not swollen, I have no fever, and it doesn t hurt when I press the spot....except once in a while. What could be the cause? Should I see a doctor?

HI
Well come HCM
I really appreciate concern, the pain that you have may not be due to varicose vein but it could be due to musculoskeletal condition and you can see the doctor for confirmation and treatment hope this information helps.
