What Causes Intermittent Sharp Pain Inside The Vagina?

Hello doctor i am having a huge sharp pain inside my vagina. It is basically in the upper half of the vagina. It doesn t feel like a normal pain infact it is much more hard and difficult and sharper. It is not a continous pain. It comes on short notices but is unberable. Please help.

you need a gynecological exam under speculum, and we can also do a bacteriological and cytological examination after sampling on vagina and cervix secretion.
DIAGNOSIS can be inflammation of the cervix, or some cyst, but speculum exam is needed.
