What Causes Intermittent Sharp Pain Under The Shoulder Blade?

For the past week I have had a sharp pain under my right shoulder blade that comes and goes. I though I had pulled a muscle while kayaking. Sometimes it feels like it healed but today has been very uncomfortable. I tried doing my Feldenkrais exercises and it did seem to help. But today it hurt a lot and sometimes is on my upper side and kind of moves around.

Dear friend, thank you for your consultation.the location and type of pain,as it seems ,is because of muscle pain under your shoulder blade.it happens in excessive use of that muscle.this muscle pain sometimes, with rest goes away but again comes with a little overwork.so please don't neglect the pain and go to a physiothearpist .I hope you will be given deep heat therapy and some exercise .with regular doing this exercise, I presume, the pain will go.my best wishes to you.thank you.
