Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have intermittent stabbing pain in chest. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query , but in your case the symptoms are probably due to acid reflux r due to lung infection . I would suggest you to consult chest specialist for proper diagnosis . Doctor may order x-ray and examine physically . Doctor may also refer you to gastroenterologist for acid reflux problem . I would suggest you to eat light and non spicy specially at night , take antacid after every meal , take light walk after every meal and keep your head elevated while lying down .
