Hi,
Noted your history about pain in right testicle, right lower abdomen and back, no insurance hence not met any Doctor.
The commonest reasons I can think are as follows:
Recurrent
testicular torsion is known to occur in cases wherein the
spermatic cord is longer than normal hence there is a specific word that is clapper in a bell appearance.
In this condition the spermatic chord is long hence the testis can go into torsion that rotation on its own axis and thus there is compromise of venous return to start with and if the torsion increases then can actually cause strangulation meaning the arterial blood supply is also affected.
All these things cause recurrent pain.
This can be diagnosed by a clinical evaluation by a
General Surgeon or an
Urologist and to be confirmed by
Ultrasound and color doppler examination of the scrotum.
Simply fixing the testis in the scrotal sac can solve this problems.
Till then go for scrotal support.
Avoid strenuous activity.
Try to palpate the testis and its position with
epididymis.
Re-positioning of the testis will help you if you learn it.
Other causes to be seen for are
epididymo-orchitis.
All such things cause pain in the lower abdomen by reflex. as also the back ache.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, ENT and General Surgeon
