What Causes Intermittent Vaginal Bleeding After Endometrial Ablation?
Hi, I just turned 47. I had an endometrial ablation done this past July, due to excessive bleeding and clots during my periods and 2 small fibroids. My periods lightened greatly after the surgery. However, starting around Nov 22th, I began to bleed lightly for 4 days, then on the 25th I began passing clots, for 6 days. On Dec 1, the bleeding was clot-less, but I still need to wear a pad. SO I have had my period for 11 days. About the same length as before my surgery. Should I go back to my doctor, or is my body still adjusting

I believe your problem comes from the presence of fibrinoid. You can consider fybromyomectomy for treatment of it. Also, you can discuss it with your gynaecologist since you are around menopause you can wait for some time before considering surgery.
