What Causes Intermittent Vaginal Spotting On Infusion Of Kenalog Injections?

Hello I recently had a full tummy tuck and developed hypertropic scarring my two questions are :did I cause the hypertropic scarring because I started walking standing strait up by week 2 and also was doing light house work by week 1... And light working out by week 2(dr said I could)??? My secound question is that I had kenalog injections all in my tummy tuck scar and now I ve had vaginal bleeding for a month now .. I ve always had regular periods but 2 days after the injections I started spotting and have since .. When will it stop ? Thank you

the answers of your question-
1)Early walking, standing or working after operation is not likely to cause
Hypertrophy of scar. It is itching/scratching of the scar or irritation of scar by friction which leads to such hypertrophy. ( Keloid formation )
2)Yes, Kenalog injection is known to cause irregular vaginal bleeding.It should stop after few days of completing of the course of Kenalog.
In case it becomes trouble sum, consult your doctor/ a gynecologist.
