What Causes Internal And Rectal Bleeding?

My sister is hospitalized with internal bleeding. Her h&h was 5.9 on admit, 12 hrs later it was 5.2. She refuses blood product because of her religion. She is passing bright red blood via rectum. Symptoms - pain and bloating after meals, dizzy,pain, fast heart rate. Could it be cancer?

I understand your health concern, if I am your doctor I suggest you that fresh blood passing from anus won't be cancer. It must be something different thing. Without examination it will be hard to diagnose the condition. Having such a low haemoglobin and refusing the blood product makes her life endangered. I advice you must give her blood product with any cost.
