What Causes Internal Fever?

for a week i feel internal fever, i mean the kind of fever i do feel but the thermometer does not show any temperature increase. it is like i have disorder of my temperature when my body goes worm my ends ( hands and feet are so cold ) along with that I feel body ache, weakness and head ache as well... what can I do about it ? is it serious?

Hi,

Feeling an internal fever is related to :
- viral infection
- hormonal changes (if your gender is female) during monthly cycle
- anemia

I advise to get a whole blood count testing, drink plenty of water and take antipyretics.

If no improvement, should consult with your physician.
