What Causes Interstitial Cystitis And Constant Pain In The Urethra?

I have interstitial cystitis and constant pain in my urethra and vaginal area . Today was bad and I looked and my urethra appeared white but was far away so I searched and got upset reading about Licheon slecrosis ( spelling sorry) I went up to my make up mirror to look very close and it seemed to be a few bumps in or around .. so I popped on one and a white thing came out . I am not sexually active at all and been with the same person for 9 years. but not able to have relations do to pain , What would cause the clogged pores or infection around or in my urethra? I was also cleared by 2 doctors last week on clean catch for no uti.

@ Causes - exact cause is not known but there are predisposing factors of
this condition as - recurrent prostatic infections - certain inflammatory
conditions like IBS - more found in red hair , fair skin texture people
@ Constant urethral pain is related to some epithelial lining defect involving
urinary bladder of the patient and that leads to irritation of mucosa via
toxic substances in the urine
