What Causes Intestinal Cramps, Bloating, Constipation And Diarrhea?

Everytime I eat I get severe intestinal cramps, bloating and gas. I also wake up every morning with these same symptoms lately and I have had diarrhea and some constipation. It doesn't matter what I eat. This morning it was just watermelon and strawberries.
