What Causes Intra Parechmal Bleeding Along With Lesion In Frontal Lobe?

I am 39 yr old female had a intraparechmal bleed 7 mm .I had everyvtest from MRIs ,Ct scans ,ro bleeding disorder and had angiogram, with no diagnosis.I have no risk factors,exercise 5 x week and healthy..I had repeat MRI and there is nothing behind the bleed but now see a 5 mm lesion in white matter of right frontal lobe on opposite side of where the bleed was that wasn t there 6 weeks ago...so the radiologist felt it was another stroke but my neurologist doesn t..I will now have a spinal tap to ro autoimmune disease but I can t get a clear answer and they have no idea. My neuro says bleed and the lesion are not related ,I find that hard to believe since I didn t have lesion until the bleed..any thoughts?
