What Causes Involuntary Movements In Abdomen When I Relax?

Hi I am having these tremors mainly in my stomach when I relax my whole body shakes quite violently . Its like im having a epileptic fit but have been check out for this and I don t have it . I m fully awake when theses happen they last about 20sec and happen quite often I have been to a neurologist but she has no answer
