What Causes Involuntary Muscle Movements In Thumbs And Knees?

Hi, so I started having various nervous/muscle symptoms a couple of months ago. Most only occur when I am relaxed and not moving around. I m having these small uncontrollable movements - like my thumb will bend or my knee will jerk inward. In the beginning the uncontrollable little jerks were quite bad, but them seem to have improved slightly, but it still happens perhaps 10-20 times per day. It does not interfere with any activities, but I ll just be sitting and will be able to feel my toe or foot or thumb move and contract, and if I look I can see that part of my body moving. They only last for that one muscle contraction. They happen at any time of day. Sometimes I also have these little needle pinprick sensations on my skin. It feels like someone poked me with a needle, and sometimes afterwards it really itches. It usually happens on my fingers or toes. Also, I ve been having eye pain behind both eyes with some blurred vision that usually goes away when I blink. That s beeb happening for a couple weeks. Also, I have muscle fasciculations every couple of days. They usually last for minutes or hours - once it kept me up at night. I m wondering if this can all just be a sign of anxiety (I m a sophomore in college and I ve been stressed lately because of exams), or is this more likely symptoms of something more serious, like multiple sclerosis or another nervous system disorder?
